Brief: To demolish the existing property and to design 2 separate dwellings.

This was a design for a developer who wanted to maximise the plot. We had extensive conversations with planning to ensure we maximised the plot's use while maintaining an efficient and smooth planning process. We had planning approval for a 4-bedroom and a 3-bedroom dwelling.
