Design & Planning
Following your initial contact with us, we will then organise an on-site consultation meeting to discuss your concept in full detail. We will carry out a measured survey and then provide you with existing and proposed drawings. Once these have been approved, we will then submit them and deal with the planning application.

Here, we will carry out fully coordinated working drawings and put together a schedule of work. We will coordinate with our partner professionals to ensure all work is accounted for. This includes the bustling structure, interior work, party walls, etc. At this stage, a contract will be drawn up before the work starts.

Now for the exciting part — the build! We will manage the project throughout the build to ensure it stays on track.
