Brief: New build home​

 

What began as a modest two-bedroom bungalow has been completely reimagined into a stunning five-bedroom, four-bathroom new-build home. Designed to make the most of a challenging corner plot fronting two roads, the layout and form were carefully considered to optimise space and functionality. By incorporating key architectural details and materials from surrounding properties, we not only ensured the design was sympathetic to its context—helping to secure planning approval—but also enabled the developer to maximise the site's potential and value.
