Brief: To update the existing probate property to modern style living, to add another bedroom and bathroom and to give the property kerb appeal.

This was an effective design with minimal changes. We gave the property a single-storey side extension to give the property more overall symmetry and extended out the rear for that modern style of living and to incorporate a new master suite.
